This is a fast dinner recipe that my friend Rachel showed me, and that I make occasionally. Â It tastes good as left overs and freezes really well too. I normally make one recipe, and then I stick half into the freezer right away. Also, you can keep almost the whole recipe in your pantry if need be. I know that some people are anti cans, so you can always substitute if need be.

Sorry about the silence lately, we have been having issues with our blog host, and poor Grant has spent hours with “live chat” customer support, and anyone else he can get a hold of. Eventually I think we have it figured out,but wish it hadn’t been such a hassle for him. Oh well. Starting in January, I have been trying to do a better job of not wasting food, not going grocery shopping more than 2 times a week, and having an actual meal plan. It is very easy to make a meal plan, but it actually takes you sitting on...
So we are always looking for great, fast recipes that both Grant and I like. Here is one that I found on the http://carrotsncake.com/ blog which lately, has been one of my favorites. This dish is obviously gluten free, dairy free, and can be sugar free if you choose to sub a different sweetener.
I always get recipe inspiration from all of the other great blogs that I read. The Pioneer Woman’s blog ALWAYS has amazing recipes, and the other day I realized that salisbury steak could easily be made into a Keto friendly recipe. If you want to make the non-Keto version just click HERE. Her blog has the recipe written out and much better step by step instructions than mine, but since hers isn’t Keto, I decided to give it a try.
