I know that the Pineapple Upside Down Cake isn’t the most popular but most dishes with cooked fruit seem to appeal to me. I also think, this cake has a great look to it. Here are the pictures of my version, it is amazingly hard to find this recipe made from scratch that doesn’t taste dry. I love how well this recipe caramelized.
It was soo good and moist, I hope you enjoy if you decide to make it. The recipe I linked to above also shows how to make this cake in muffin tins which I have done before and turns our beautifully!
