Grant and I have been doing the Keto diet which is a high fat, low carb diet, and here is just a glance at some of the foods we have been eating.
Of course you can count on us to make some Keto Pancakes! I have been craving them for such a long time since starting this diet,but we are not allowed to have oat flour and cottage cheese has a lot of carbs so I needed an alternative. Here is the recipe that I came up with.

One of the recipes that my sister Tanya showed me, and we make on a regular basis is Asian Ramen. I think it tastes really good, and is a quick meal to make when in a hurry for dinner. You can pretty much add whatever you want,but here is a sample of what our typical additions are.
I have never done much cake decorating and don’t know if I will ever really try and get into it,but one of Grant’s coworkers asked if I could make a Red Velvet Cake with Cream Cheese Icing and Walnuts on it. I had never heard of this combination with the Walnuts,but I was in the mood to bake so made him one. I guess his wife loves red velvet cakes, and so I made a recipe that I had used before only it was for Cupcakes at Heather’s Baby Shower. I didn’t have any of the cake,but I guess his coworker and his wife loved it so that is good. So, I figured I would show you some pictures.
