The Renfrew pattern is one of my favorites that I have bought. It is super fast to make, VERY comfortable, and has a classy look.
Baskets are always so beautiful and there are so many different kinds. I have been on the look out for a basket to hold our throw blankets in the living room for a while now. My Mother-in-law does amazing basket weaving by hand so I considered asking for a basket for Christmas,but I didn’t want to wait that long.
I have been wanting to have a knit pencil skirt for a while and keep seeing such great tutorials online for them. I finally found the one below and started looking for fabric to make some similar.
Grant and I are very hesitant to make certain purchases that are custom to our condo while renting. Granted there are some things that we always wanted and knew we would make work in any house like our Barcelona chairs,but some thing we are wary of buying in case in won’t fit or work in a later home. I finally decided that we NEEDED some side table lamps in our living room for reading and general lighting since ours wasn’t great, but in order to get table lamps you have to find some you like, which we haven’t yet, and you need something to put them on.
We have been living in our current condo for about 9 months which is insane to think about. There are a few things that we wish we could change,but since we are renting and don’t own this place, we normally don’t make a fuss.
Grant is not a huge sweets person, I am,but I wish I wasn’t! So, one of the things that Grant does like and actually asks for are these blue berry muffins. I have to say they are pretty darn amazing!
