Here are just lots of pictures that we thought we would share of Reese! They really aren’t in order, but I have limited time to post these days between work, cleaning the house, caring for Reese, cooking, and getting any down time. 🙂
When Reese was little she always had her hands on her face.
Another Example.
She likes to sleep in very uncomfortable looking positions.
She started being okay with hanging out in the swing for a little bit at a time when she was younger.
She is growing! We had to adjust the straps higher at her 2 week check up since she was too tall.
We exclusively Breast feed, but the Lactation Consultant said it would be good to get her used to every once in a while taking a bottle of pumped breast milk.
So Papa got to feed her.
Being outside with Papa after he was home from work.
Just hanging out.
You can see her eye color here pretty well.
Saturday Mornings with Mama and Papa are always the best.
Another lazy Saturday.
Family Portrait.
Reese getting burped and looking like an old man… notice how long her arms are.
Here is Reese swaddled, but in her nest. This keeps her from rolling onto her stomach since she is laying on her side. The nursery at the hospital showed us how to make this nest with blankets.
This was Reese’s set up in our bedroom before we moved her to her crib.
When she slept, the LEDs were very low so that I could just tell if she was breathing, sleeping, spitting up,etc.
She was totally asleep like this.
Reese in a milk coma.
She loved sleeping in the frog position until she got too tall.
Papa and Reese napping together on the couch.
During one of her naps during the day with just the two of us.
Me reading books to Reese that Tante Tanya gave to us!
Reese when she first got her hat and outfit from her Grandpa Vince.
Reese almost growing out of the same outfit.
I left her alone for one second on the changing pad that her Great Aunt June sewed for us, and came to find her licking the wipes container.
Outside after work since it was such a nice night.
On a Saturday after our family walk, we decided to let her finish her nap in the ergo.
Reese’s first time going out to eat. We are super high class eating lunch on Sunday at Sam’s Club. ;p
We were about to wake her up to take a bath, and then put her to bed for the night.
Reese during a nap in her crib around 6 weeks old. We were trying to see how she would do without her arms swaddled… she didn’t sleep long oh well. (We normally don’t have extra blankets laying like that, but this time we were there watching her.)
It is hard using clothes before they get to small, got her ready for church, and the hood was a little small.
Getting dressed and ready for Church was hard work and made her tired.
Scanning things with Mama so we could get things organized around the house.
