Here are just random photos from the last few months that I finally got together into a post.
Life
Right after our vacation to the beach, I had a huge list of things to do like organizing, finding the last minute items to wear since there were so many events to attend at the wedding. I also wanted to put together a baby shower gift for my new nephew and sister in law. I knew I wouldn’t be able to attend her baby shower since it was so close to the time of the wedding. I normally don’t make gifts for second babies, it isn’t that I love them less, it is just wayyyyyy too expensive to give that many gifts to people, and I have heard with the second baby there aren’t many things you still need. Anyway, here is the last gift I sewed up for my sister in law.
So here is my next post, I was going to wait for this one,but Raya was wanting to see these pictures, so I decided to post them a little earlier than planned. I will warn you this is a picture heavy post, and for some I won’t put a caption on them because they are self explanatory. This was a very emotional wedding for me in a good way; I am so proud of the spouse that my little sister has found, and I am so excited for them as they start their lives together. Raya and I always were close while growing up so it is crazy to think that she just got married! She has developed into such a wonderful person, and I am so proud of what she has accomplished. There were a lot of events at this wedding to attend to, and all of them were over an hour from my parents house so there was a lot of commute times spent during this time.
You know you are behind in blogging when your sister who has 4 kids at home, and your sister in law who is pregnant, has a newborn, and a four year old at home blog before you! Â So I am slowly going to try and catch up! My only excuse is we have been super busy, sick off and on, and having to deal with crazy work schedules and stress for Grant. Â This year, we got to go to Nashville for Easter which was very laid back but a lot of fun!
I just wanted to post some of the last pictures of the Ladies Tea that I got to attend. After painting my tea pots, I had to get together all of the decorations for the tables. I already had the water cups, creamer/sugar containers, silverware, placemats, napkins, and the vase for the center of the table.
