Cranberry fluff is a dish that I was first introduced to by Roki, Tanya’s Mother in Law. It is a side dish that she makes at Thanksgiving, but my sister Tanya and I use any excuse to make it since we both really like how it tastes. It is super easy, and you can always leave out certain portions if those don’t appeal to you.

My sister, Tanya, introduced me to this great breakfast casserole recipe that her friend gave her. It is a great dish to make when hosting since it is yummy and easy to throw together. My only annoyance at the recipe, is that it always has to cook longer than the directions say in order for there not to be ANY runny stuff in it. Grant is very picky, so I would sometimes have to bake it over an hour to make sure it was the consistency that he liked. So, I decided to try it in the crock pot one time, and it turned out amazingly wonderful!
Roasted Broccoli is a dish that Grant and I both really like. Here is a recipe that I found online on a blog, but the recipe has since been taken down so I figured that I would share it here since we like it so much. This recipe can be gluten free, just depends on how you decide to prepare it. Also, this recipe is made with frozen broccoli which I love because that is how we tend to buy it.
Grant and I don’t buy ice cream much because if we do we eat it. I was really wanting a peanut butter milk shake but was reminded again that no place can compare to the Swenson’s peanut butter milkshake. Since we aren’t in Ohio, we decided to make our own. I can only thank Grant for his pure genius.
Fajitas is a dish that never grows old – I always love eating it. Here is one of the fajita marinades that we both really like. I think it would be better with beef, but normally because of the price we stick with chicken. Also, if you have a grill this will probably make it sooo much better tasting, but since we don’t have one we make due.
